A listing can say Band A for a flat that's on another feeder. Ask for the meter number before paying.

Is Dutse Band A?
Partly. 2 of the 6 feeders the official lists name for Dutse are Band A, but NERC's October 2026 caps put one of those on Band B. 2 are Band B and 2 are Band C. Your band depends on the feeder your flat is on.
